#1) “Kelly Swindall” – was born and raised in Stone Mountain, GA. where she grew up listening to the music of Kris Kristofferson, Patsy Cline and David Allen Coe on the way to church every Sunday morning, because that’s what her daddy listened to. When she was old enough to drive herself, she added Ryan Adams, Tom Petty and Johnny Cash to the mix.
#2) Rich Barberio - Since the mid 1980s, Rich Barberio has been part of a number of local bands, notably as the main songwriter and lead vocalist with Unclaimed Freight and most recently with the Phakers. He was also a cofounder of the Albany-based Tabasco Cats in the 1990s.
#3) Mary Doherty is a singer/songwriter and music therapist from Cooperstown, NY. Currently living in Cold Spring, NY, she works as a music therapist in hospice care, and also frequently performs. Mary has played throughout New York State at farmer's markets, art openings, performance venues, and festivals.
Mama Crow feat. Joshua Wellington
'Acoustic Soul, Experimental Guitar'
A New York native and Northern California transplant, this self-taught guitarist and soulful songstress evokes listeners on a deep, soul level. Her sound is a mix of rhythmic, funky finger picking and string slapping, guttural blues belts and quick lyrical flow with insidious phrasing.
With a genre ranging in a fusion of acoustic R&B, Neo-soul, Experimental Folk-Hop and Spoken word with Hip Hop influence, this artist provides a high-energy, danceable live show as well as pulls on your heart strings with vulnerable, sonic soliloquies. Vocally, she is like a love-child of Fiest/Lauryn Hill/Nai Palm of Hiatus Kaiyote.

Galen Curry – bass, vocals, Jimmy Curry – guitar, vocals, Tommy Curry – guitar, mandolin, vocals, Sam Whedon – guitar & Sebastian Green – drums
Brought together by family ties and a shared appreciation for folk, pop-rock, and roots music, The Currys are an Americana trio featuring Jimmy, Tommy, and Galen Curry. They’re relatives — two brothers and one cousin, to be exact — and like many family groups, their songs are anchored by the sort of elastic, entwined harmonies that only seem to exist among kin. On their second record, West of Here, their songwriting chops match those interlocking voices, with all three members contributing songs to an album that deals with the constant search for one’s home.

Storytelling Open Mic Nights are BACK!
Join us for the first one of 2018: no theme, just stories.
Step up to the mic to tell your funniest, weirdest, wildest tale - in five minutes or less.
Storytelling is deeply rooted in the history of human experience.
"Through the telling of the story people become psychically close, developing a connection to one another through the communal experience. The storyteller reveals, and thus shares, him/her self through his/her telling and the listeners reveal and share themselves through their reception of the story.
